1. What is the OsakaConnect Global API Partnership?

It is a technical integration model that allows external travel platforms, OTAs, super apps, and technology providers to access OsakaConnect’s 24 integrated travel products through secured APIs.

2. Who can use the OsakaConnect API?

Eligible partners include travel agencies, B2B aggregators, booking engines, fintech companies, super apps, and global distributors with the capability to integrate APIs into their systems.

4. What is required to start API integration?

You need to:

  1. Submit a partnership application
  2. Undergo technical evaluation
  3. Sign an API agreement

Yes. A fully functional sandbox environment is provided to partners for testing and development before going live.

6. What is the average time to complete API integration?

You get a dedicated API manager, access to technical support channels, error handling documentation, and optional onboarding calls.

Yes. You will receive API usage logs, transaction reports, and booking status summaries via partner dashboard or API reporting endpoints.

Yes. OsakaConnect allows master API partners to create and manage sub-agents through separate credentials, with traceable transaction mapping.

1. Can we get modular access to only selected APIs (e.g., only visa or forex)?

Yes. You can choose product-specific API modules. Access can be limited to only the services you intend to offer (e.g., only hotels + visa or only forex).

2. Does OsakaConnect support asynchronous webhook callbacks for status updates?

Yes. For certain APIs like visa, flight, and forex, we support webhook-based status notifications, enabling real-time booking status updates to your system.

3. Is there an option for dynamic pricing rules at runtime?

Yes. Our pricing module allows partners to apply runtime markups, convenience fees, discounts, or commission overrides via API parameters.

4. Can we host the API response cache on our own CDN for faster rendering?

Yes. You can implement local caching of static elements like hotel lists, airport codes, or package metadata. However, dynamic content like availability and pricing must be fetched live.
